These terms apply to your use of chicagobathroomremodelingexperts.com (the “site”), owned and operated by Construlead LLC, a Florida limited liability company, under the name Chicago Bathroom Remodeling Experts (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

What we do and do not do

• We publish planning guides for bathroom remodeling in Chicago and offer a free service that matches homeowners with independent remodelers.
• We are not a contractor. We do not perform remodeling, plumbing or electrical work, we do not give bids or quotes, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a remodeler.
• Remodelers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, terms, schedules and warranties, and they are solely responsible for their work, licenses, insurance and permits.
• We do not guarantee that any remodeler will contact you, accept your project, or meet a price, schedule or quality level.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information on the form, and use only your own name, phone number and email address.
• Before you hire anyone, check the remodeler’s City of Chicago license and insurance, get a written contract, and read it. Our license guide shows how.
• Do not misuse the site, for example by sending spam, false requests or automated traffic, or by trying to break its security.

Information on the site

Cost ranges, timelines and rule summaries are general information gathered from the sources we cite, as of the date shown. They are planning estimates, not quotes, and not legal, financial or engineering advice. Rules and prices change, and every home is different, so confirm details with the City of Chicago and with the remodeler you hire. Images are for illustration of design ideas and do not show work by any particular remodeler.

Communications

If you check the consent box on the form, you agree to be contacted as described there and in our privacy policy. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

Disclaimers

The site and the matching service are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for the acts, omissions, work or pricing of any remodeler, or for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act or other laws that cannot be waived.

Content ownership

The text, design and images on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short excerpts with credit, but you may not copy the site or its guides in bulk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless the law requires otherwise.
