How Chicago Bathroom Remodeling Experts Works

Chicago Bathroom Remodeling Experts is a free referral service. You tell us about your bathroom, and we pass your request to independent, licensed remodelers who serve your ZIP code. We do not do any remodeling ourselves.

The steps

1. You describe your project. Fill in the short form with your ZIP code, the kind of project and your contact details. It takes about two minutes.
2. We share it with up to three remodelers. Your request goes to independent remodelers who serve your ZIP code and handle your type of project. You will not be added to a mailing list.
3. You are told who got it. We email you the names of the remodelers who received your request before they contact you.
4. They contact you. A remodeler may call, text or email to ask about the project and, if it fits, to set up a visit.
5. You compare and decide. Ask each one for an itemized written scope and price, check each license, and choose whoever you want. You can say no to everyone, and you never owe us anything.

What we do and do not do

• We do: explain the Chicago rules in our guides, publish sourced cost ranges and connect you with remodelers who ask for your project.
• We do not: perform or supervise work, give prices or bids, sign contracts for you, handle payments or guarantee any remodeler’s work.

How we are paid

Homeowners never pay us. The remodelers we connect you with may pay us for referrals. That does not change what you are charged, and we do not rank or review remodelers. The full explanation is in our referral disclosure.

Before you hire anyone

Look up the remodeler’s City of Chicago license yourself, ask for proof of insurance and get a written contract. Our guides show how to verify a license and how to choose a remodeler. Most bathroom projects also need a City permit.

Your information

We use what you send only to match you and to contact you about your request, as described in our privacy policy. To stop contact or change your request, email info@chicagobathroomremodelingexperts.com.
